Haseko’s resort Hoakalei to be developed in Hawaii
The Real Estate Developer, Haseko Development has unveiled preliminary plans for $300M waterside retail, dining and entertainment Wai Kai center at its Hoakalei Resort on the Oahu Island.

The project covers 215,000 square feet of retail space composed of 110 retail establishments, two dozen restaurants and cafes as well as shops and entertainment venues overlooking the resort’s 52-acre lagoon.

PUBLICITÉ
The design has been realized by the New-York based architecture agency, Hart Howerton and the project undertaking has been entrusted to the following architects: the Seattle based CallisonRTKl and the Hawaii-based G70.

The Wai Kai development is also to feature water gardens, manicured lawns, promenades and pedestrian walkways shaded by lantern-lit tree canopies. They will be connected to a trail which extends around the lagoon and along the Oceanside of Hoakalei.

The project is worth $300M.
