The two major waste sorting plants will be situated in the Udmurt Republic, western part of Russia.

The second plant is to be constructed in the Zavyalov district and would more than double the capacity of the other facility with 250,000 cubic meters.
The construction cost of both waste sorting plants is estimated at 1.2 billion rubles.
