Shapoorji Pallonji Mideast is engaged to build the Palm Gateway triple tower and beach complex on Dubai’s Palm Jumeirah.

The Palm Gateway project is to be built on top of the existing Palm Monorail terminal with its fourteen levels of parking spaces. It will feature 1,265 luxury apartments across three high rise buildings of which the tallest is reaching 285M.
The waterfront leisure complex will include retail, dining, health & fitness facilities, pools and sports courts.
The property developer Nakheel manages the project that is to start construction in the second quarter of 2017.
Nakheel chairman, Ali Rashid Lootah said: “The Palm Gateway contract is among AED12 billion worth of construction contracts to be awarded by Nakheel this year. We look forward to delivering another iconic, landmark project at the entrance to Palm Jumeirah through this first-time collaboration with Shapoorji Pallonji.”
The contract is worth $408M and Shapoorji Pallonji has two and a half years to complete the project.
