After the "L" apartments in Chicago’s Logan Square where a Chicago Transit Authority subway car can be seen sitting in a shallow pool on its 1,200-sf amenity deck, another old CTA train car was seen being hoisted on top of Google Chicago’s headquarters in Fulton Market on March 18.
The decommissioned train car still has the "Jefferson Park Station" sign on the display board.

According to a Google spokesperson, the train car will serve as a focal point and casual place to sit on the green rooftop for employees and others. The deck will also have raised a platform with views of the Chicago skyline, a green lawn and landscaped areas.
