Bouygues Construction at the top of employers

Bouygues Construction was awarded the Top Employers Institute certification, which rewards the company for the quality of its human resources practices (working environment, talent development, optimization of HR practices, etc.).

"The Top Employers certification rewards the implementation of specific tools and background work that we have been carrying out for several years with the entire HR sector and management, such as identifying our talents, revealing them and Bouygues Construction now allows each employee to fully express his or her qualities, skills and personality and encourages shared innovation at all levels," says Jean-Manuel Soussan, Deputy Director-General, in charge of Human resources and social and societal policy.

Each year the independent Top Employers Institute launches a survey of large companies to identify employers that stand out with a quality HR policy. The participating companies thus submit to a rigorous study and must meet strict criteria to be certified.

In 2017, Bouygues Construction was certified in the same way as 71 other companies. It remains the only actor in the construction industry in France to have obtained this certification.
