Vinci Energies expands internationally with ASAS Systems’ purchase

On May 2, the French based Vinci Energies and the Spanish group holding company, ISASTUR, have reached an agreement for the acquisition of ASAS systems, an ISASTUR’s subsidiary.

ASAS Systems is a Spanish-based company, leader in handling systems which also delivers turnkey services and solutions to its clients in automotive and other industries. It comprises around an hundred employees and generated €50M turnover. ASAS Systems shows a strong presence in the European market, notably through a subsidiary in Germany and is increasing its solutions and services into Belgium, Poland, Mexico and the USA.

This acquisition would allow Vinci Energies to strengthen its global position by expanding in Spain as well as growing the market position of its branch Actemium which is 100% specialized in industrial process. With this purchase, Vinci Energies also aims to expand in the market of electrical vehicle production.
