Located near Glasgow Central Station, the project consists of the demolition of two existing Corunna House buildings and the building of a new twelve-story facility that comprises 275,000 square feet office space.

The new building will also include a retail unit on the ground floor, sixty-four car parking and cycle parking which can contain 320 bikes. Spa showers and changing rooms are to be created.
Besides, the building is to be rebranded 33 Cardogan Street.

Construction work for the £100M project is to start in the second quarter of 2018.
