Ontario's Undulating Tower soon to rise

A 60-story rippled tower, the first unveiled piece of the future M city, will become Mississauga’s tallest building.

The Core designed tower will have a unique rippled façade created from the twisting of seven floor plates stacked in a repetitive pattern. The new tower is also designed to connect with the surrounding streetscape and future phases of M City.

The building will have retail and public spaces, a large rooftop terrace in the glass podium and other amenities such as a dining room, lounges, and a gym. The interior design of the project is given to Cecconi Simone.

Urban Capital Property Group and Rogers Real Estate Development Limited are the project owner of the $1.5 billion planned community development.
