Signed by the Italian architect David Fisher, this new rotating tower would have the ability to turn each apartment 360 ° at the will of its owners who will have a voice command. Dynamic Tower (to be its name) is expected to be finished by 2020 and will culminate at a height of 420 m and 80 floors. It will house a hotel, housing (€ 28.2 million apartment), as well as villas at the top. It will be powered by wind turbines and photovoltaic panels on the roof.
