JCB telescopic handlers are entitled to Dualtech VT transmission
JCB, which recently offers a range of three telescopic booms for the industry, innovates with a Dualtech VT variable transmission, unique in the world.

The Industrial telescopic handlers 531-70, 535-95 and 541-70 are equipped with the 4.8-liter JCB EcoMAX engine, developing 145 hp (560 Nm at 1500 rpm) combined with the new JCB Dualtech VT transmission. The latter makes it possible to switch automatically and full transparency for the operator from a hydrostatic mode to a mechanical mode from a speed of 19 km / h. "The JCB Dualtech VT transmission offers the best of both technologies, combining the ease of driving and low-speed precision of the hydrostatic with the efficiency and higher speed performance of the direct drive Powershift. Gives a more than conclusive result in terms of increased productivity and lower consumption," explains Tim Burnhope, Head of Engineering and Innovation at JCB

These models in the Industrial series include a seat-mounted servo joystick with proportional knobs for extension and retraction of the boom; A switch on the joystick for the forward / backward movement which completes the traditional commodo on the steering column; high-intensity 360 ° LED front and rear working lights. This industrial line also features a new high-speed auxiliary hydraulic system that delivers up to 110 liters / min of flow at 190 bar and an Auto mode that regulates the active suspension system of the JCB SRS.

This innovative twin transmission, the result of JCB research and development, will be visible on the JCB telescopic handlers of the agricultural range presented at the next SIMA fair.
