China: Guangzhou Infinitus Plaza takes shape
The Guangzhou Infinitus Plaza project in Guangzhou, China is fast approaching. The parcel where it will be located was acquired last May by LKK Health Products Group via its property development company Infinitus for an amount of $ 294 million.

The Guangzhou Infinitus Plaza is a complex of 167,000 square meters of smart buildings housing key facilities for the LKKHPG Group: a new global R & D center around Chinese medicinal herbal medicine, an exhibition center and a gallery. This campus will also serve as a new headquarters for Infinitus China, a member of LKKHPG. Total investment in this project is $ 659 million. Construction is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2020.

PUBLICITÉ
The design was entrusted to Zaha Hadid Architects who devised an integrated set, connected to fluid lines. The firm wanted to create a new working environment that promotes openness and communication. Thus the Guangzhou Infinitus Plaza creates a gateway to the new central business district of Baiyun which will host 6 new programs around Gunagzhou Baiyun Airport. Located close to the station Feixiang Gongyuan on line 2 of the metro, the campus straddles the subway line dividing the project into 2 buildings that interconnect on several levels.

Designed on 8 floors as a series of infinite rings, the project follows the arrangement of the infinity symbol (the 8 upside down). All departments are located around the central atrium and courtyards encourage interaction between the various departments. Walking and jogging paths and gardens are located on the roof.
