The most scarcity of an underground alluvial sands and the hydro river system protection lead to a mandatory transformation of the formulation approaches and the manufacturing of concrete by professionals. The use of crushed sand is unavoidable but sometimes it matched by the difficulties and the constraints: fines content, the presence of clays, the conformity with the standards and the concrete aggregates, the concrete production cost ... the notion of the hard sand is also taken into account. The development team of Master Builders Solutions (BASF) has launched a new concept: the "Sand Blocker Solutions" based on a new approach aggregates due to a new molecule created to counteract the effects of the harmful fine presence. Incorporating a new range of additives for concrete "MasterSuna SBS" this will help, by neutralizing the clay and the fine in the hard sand, to work thus with high contents of crushed sand to make the daily concrete and could be used as well the materials of the proximity. Taking into account the observations and experiences of BPE professionals, from manufacturing but also carriers who have to face the consequences of environmental evolution, the range of MasterSuna has created the new opportunities for professional concrete and quarry in terms of logistic, economic and quality.
