South Africa – Murray & Roberts, the engineering and construction Group based in Jonhannesburg, has announced a divestiture of 25% shareholding to ATM Holding GmbH a German investment company.
ATM, owned by ATON GmbH which is controlled by Helmig Family, is a private investment holding which invests in the mining, engineering, aviation and health technology sectors, becomes now the largest shareholder of M&R.

In fact, ATON had acquired 4.49 % of M&R IN 2015, and with this new acquisition of 25%, the company becomes the largest shareholder of M&R.
