France hopes to attract foreign technology entrepreneurs
City officials have taken the challenge of creating in South-East Paris the world’s biggest startup incubator that would turn into an ultra-modern global hub for internet development.

The incubator is intended to create employment as well as showing the success of joint ventures involving private and public money. The 35,000 square metre hall, Halle Freyssinet, will house 1,000 startup offices  financed by private investment.

PUBLICITÉ
Technology tycoon Xavier Niel, the co-owner of Le Monde newspaper and owner of the French internet service provider Free whose worth is estimated at $10bn, is behind the project.
