For the 3rd consecutive year, Colas reached the 5^thplace in the ranking "Happy Trainees" among the best companies for training. The group was awarded a score of 4.36 out of 5 in the category of the companies consisting from 100 to 500 students.

The rating is calculated under the “Happy Trainees” method counting on anonymous votes of the trainees on the website of “Meilleures-entreprises.com” (best company.com). This award promotes the companies who care about hosting, support and management of their trainees. The scores were setting out through 6 criteria : personal development, stimulation provided in the work environment, management, salary and recognition, pride of belonging and pleasure of working.

As to know, the final-year internship is considered like a real pre-hiring for Colas. Overall, the group hires most of the graduated youth among its pool of trainees.
