The 2.5 million square feet aluminum plant project is to be located in Greenup County, near the border of Kentucky and West Virginia, US.

Besides, the aluminum mill is expected to create around 1,000 jobs during the construction phase including 550 advanced manufacturing jobs in Greenup County.

The project is worth $1.3bn. The Kentucky Economic Development Finance Authority (KEDFA) will provide the company with tax incentives of up to $10M.
