It will process packaging in the cities of Dallas and University Park. With a flow rate of 35 t / h, this sorting center of FCC Environmental separates paper, cardboard, glass, plastic, ferrous and non-ferrous metals from a single stream. The factory incorporates the latest technology in sorting: OCC Screen Lubo carton separator, 4 Tomra Autosort 4 optical sorting machines, magnetic overband, eddy current separator, Walair drum separator ; as well as for the preparation and packaging of materials: Bollegraaf HBC-120S baling press, ONP Screen Lubo anti-rolling system, Bollegraaf drum feed. Thus, the ONP Screen anti-rolling system, which is the biggest screen on the market, measures 4.40 meters and has 440 stars. The Walair aeraulic separator is responsible for cleaning the glass and creates four fractions of clean glass. At the end of the process, the HBC-120S Bollegraaf press balances the sorted materials. This press incorporates innovations such as self-learning channel pressure or self-regulating control, which adapts to the material baled in the channel and increases the weight of the bales by 10 to 20%. Its unique needle system (5X1) leaves less room for accumulation of residues during the knotting process. The result is a reduction in downtime and thus a better productivity.
