Dedicated to grinding DIBs and cumbersome, these slow mills announce respective flows of 22 t / h and 32 t / h. The Polaris 2200 has a 4.09 mx 3 m supply opening opening onto a 2.11 m long rotor. The dimensions of the Polaris 2800 are wider: 4.77 mx 2.37 m for power supply and 2.80 m for rotor. The two machines can produce particle sizes from 0/50 to 0/120 mm depending on the mesh size of their screen grids. "Our cutting principle and our automated supply system ensure the consistency of the particle size," says Lindner before insisting on the robustness and reliability of each component of these mills. "This concerns first of their chassis and AC technology," said the Austrian. In fact the Polaris 2200 is powered by a 200 kW engine while the 2800 model incorporates two 134 kW engines. In order to transmit the maximum power, these shredders operate a long-established training concept by Lindner, with protection against unbelievable. Lindner also insists on the ease of maintenance of its grinders, in particular with a wide access for the change of the gratings.
