Marangoni serves Recicla

The Italian company Recicla, which specializes in environmental technologies and recycled materials management, has chosen to equip its highly loaded wheel loaders with Marangoni tires.

At its various sites in Italy, Recicla employs wheel loaders dedicated to the handling of materials to be recycled. Their wheels are subjected daily to great stresses: difficulty of traction on slippery surfaces, high temperatures (about 70 °), heavy loads etc. Stopping a machine due to a damaged tire can trigger a domino effect which results in considerable economic damage.

To prevent this, Recicla wanted to acquire Marangoni tires incorporating a tread compound and design specifically designed to withstand tearing and cuts and allowing loaders to work on hot and slippery ground Full load. Marangoni retreaded tires with MRT and MLD designs provide better performance compared to premium new tires, require fewer vehicle stops for ordinary replacements and provide overall savings.
