The new innovation lies on the Green-Efficiency program now available on all Sennebogen ranges. It combines several technologies and aims to reduce fuel consumption and nuisance associated. The machines therefore are equipped with the engines Tier 4F, an intelligent engine management system according to the operating phases, the Start & Stop option during inactivity and reduced noise levels.

Highlight : The system Green-Hybrid of Sennebogen, a technological solution which takes the benefit of the natural energy available once the boom is descending by its own weight, and using it in the same way, for the next ascent. The manufacturer has developed a mixed accumulators system (water and gas) cleverly integrated into the rear of the turret of the excavator. While the boom is descending, the hydraulic circuit of the machine delivers pressurized oil to the accumulators, and the energy is stored. The next handling cycle, the stored energy is restored in the hydraulic system of the excavator, without using the engine power. The saving of the energy and the fuel could reached 30%, and su further reduces the environmental impact.
Finally, to execute the very large spans on the extensive industrial sites, Sennebogen had created a balanced kinematic which, due to the articulated structure on the rear of the turret, allowed easily to remove the counterweight which is movable, at each boom action. Through this optimized and perspicacious architecture, the balanced handling excavator could be equipped with the engines whose capacity is reduced by half comparing to a conventional machine.
