On April 17, the Mexican cement company reached an agreement through one of its U.S subsidiary to sell Oregon and Washington aggregate, asphalt and ready-mix concrete operations to Cadman Materials.
U.S HeidelbergCement Group‘s subsidiary, Cadman has bought Cemex’s Pacific Northwest materials business at a cost of $150M.

The agreement comprises aggregates, asphalt and ready-mix concrete operations in Oregon and Washington.
The divestiture should be finalized in the second quarter of 2017.
