The Riverside County Transportation Commission entrusts the two construction companies to upgrade l-15 freeway with new two tolled express lanes between Cajalco Road and State Route 60, in Southern California. It represents a distance of 23.5km.

The $244M contract has been signed on April 13 by Skanska in a joint venture with Ames Construction. Skanska share of the contract is $146M.
The project construction is to start in 2018 for a completion by mid-2020.
