Located next to Bangkok largest central park, Lumpini Park, the ‘One Bangkok’ project has been designed by US architectural agency Skidmore, Owing & Merrill.

Among the 16,7 hectares of land, eight are to be dedicated to green and open space to the city center. ‘One Bangkok’ project would feature five Grade A office towers on 1,83M square feet gross floor that would be built to LEED standards. Moreover, five luxury and lifestyle hotels, three residential buildings, retail space and art and culture facilities are to constitute ‘One Bangkok’.
A direct link to Lumphini Metropolitan Rapid Transit Station is also anticipated.
Panote Sirivadhanabhakdi, Group CEO at Frasers Centrepoint Limited (TCC Groud company) said: “It will attract top-level local and multinational companies to set up their AEC headquarters in the district as Bangkok’s most prestigious corporate address, and their employees and visitors will enjoy an unrivaled ecosystem of facilities and lifestyle experiences available here."
The total completion is expected in 2025 but the first phase is to be unveiled in 2021.
