Skanska has been awarded to undertake the construction of Nexus, a 382 residential units building that is in the Denny Triangle area of downtown Seattle.

Many facilities would be featured by the 55,000 square feet building such as a fitness center, a sky-bar or a rooftop exhibition kitchen.
Skanska has to deliver the completed Tower project in mid-2019.
