Located in Boston’s Seaport District, the 400.000 square feet tower designed by CBT Architects and being managed by the Stockholm based company Skanska is close to completion.

The Tower is to include a two-story 50.000 square feet retail podium under the Class A office space. A private fitness center, a rooftop terrace and seven high-speed elevators would also constitute the tower.
A chilled beam mechanical system may allow energy consumption decrease and the elliptical design could bring 15% energy savings as it enables to reduce direct solar exposure. A filtering and reusing rainwater system is also to be set up.
The $281M Skanska’s tower is to be delivered in 2018.
