Around 450.000 solar panels with battery storage capability room are to form the Filipino solar farm which is being built in Tarlac by the provider Solar Philippines.

Built on over 150 hectares field, the solar farm is expected to produce 150MW of energy, what may power up to 300.000 households.
Leandro Leviste added: “The output of the 150 MW plant that will be operating here by the second half of 2017 will be able to power the entire Tarlac province with cheap renewable energy.
The whole project cost is estimated at $150 million for a completion by the end of 2017.
