Trimble’s Connected Forest solution appeals to New Forests

A Sydney-based sustainable real assets investment manager is willing to resort to Trimble’s Land Resource Manager (LRM) solution to manage its Asian-Based AFI Investment.

The Trimble’s Connected Forest software includes the Trimble’s LRM solution that consists of an intuitive, interactive and spatially-aware application. The software thus allows remotely to follow and to manage forestry worksites with many functional tools to operate such as asset planning, management and decision support.

Ken Moen, general manager of Trimble’s Forestry Division said: "Trimble’s Connected Forest solution lays the foundation for a centralized reporting and compliance process.”

This innovative solution has tempted the Australian company New Forests to manage its Arcacia Forest Industries Sdn Bhd (AFI) investment information.
