Panorama Tower earns Florida’s Tallest Building title

Last week, the $800 million Miami’s skyscraper, still under construction, has become the highest.

The last rental building of the Florida East Coast Realty (FECR) company, owned by the Hollo Family, has been characterized as the highest of Florida. Even if the construction is not completely ended, the Panorama Tower, located at Brickell Avenue in Miami, is already taller with 843 feet than The Four Seasons Miami building which led the way since 2003.

The $800 million Panorama Tower construction is to be completed in October 2017 and to reach at that time 867 feet. The building will be composed of 208-room Hyatt boutique hotel, three movie theaters, electric-car charging stations and a pet daycare among other services.

The skyscraper may not stay the tallest infrastructure for long as FECR is planning to start building in January 2019 One Bayfront Plaza, a tower which is to be more than 1000 feet tall.
