China’s Broad Sustainable Building (BSB) Company has just accomplished the feat of assembling a 57-story building in just 15 days proving that prefabrication is reaching a new level and is going to change the industry.

Prefabrication has one enormous advantage over traditional building in that customization of any parts of a building comes without extra-charge as it is done by the computer assembler. It also saves time in construction and makes the entire process less reliant on increasingly scarce resources such as architects, engineers, and skilled worksmen.
