United Kingdom : A-Plant and Kier Construction announce an agreement

A-Plant, the largest equipment rental company in United Kingdom, has announced the acquisition of Kier Construction’s hoist business and concluded a 5 year trading agreement.

The assets and ongoing business of the Kier hoist business will be incorporated into GB Access, a sale division for personnel and goods hoist hire of A-Plant’s company. Kier will provide the hoist services for the acquired business services and also to external customers.

With this new agreement, Kier Construction can now extend to cover telehandlers, lighting, generators, trackway, climate control equipment, hoists, specialist utilities equipment and powered access.
