The second edition of the CUBE 2020 competition involved 123 tertiary and commercial buildings to measure their energy savings in one year compared to the previous three years. The Candidates competed in the field of specific categories in the professionalization monitoring (certified buildings in operation or not), their size (from small and medium-sized business to major groupes) or their use (education, offices ...). The candidates realized together 12% of an annual energy savings, 15 buildings have been achieved an energy savings between 20 and 38.5%. Public buildings were also valued by a dedicated category. The positive results of this year have generated the new vocations for the local authorities, who have decided to federate local team candidates in the future edition of competition CUBE. The City Hall of Toulouse is already engaged in the adventure 2. The ceremony was held in the auditorium of BNP Paribas Real Estate in the presence in particular of Jean-Louis Dumont, Chairman Property of the State Council, Bruno Léchevin President of ADEME, and Philippe Pelletier, President of Green Building Plan have rewarded the most energy efficient candidates in each category.
