The contract, worth € 70 million over four years, could come into force at the beginning of January 2017. It concerns the installation of 380 kV high-voltage lines between Vierverlaten (Groningen) and Eemshaven, ie. about 40 km. On the course, existing connections will be rebuilt, deleted or modified. Between Rilland and Borssele, a brand new 380 kV connection will also be built. The reconstruction consists of 220 kV and 380 kV connections. For the new high voltage lines, TenneT again chose the innovative Wintrack masts.
