LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environment Design) is a green building certification program. The LEED International Roundtable will meet on April, 6, 2017 to address priorities on green building applications. Saudi Arabia will be represented by the Saudi Green Building Forum (SGBF). 41 other countries will be present.

The forum will act as a mediator to make professional contacts and take advantage of the community connections to green buildings. Its role is to foster a cut in carbon emissions and the use of renewable energy. It also works in favor of reuse of building materials and recycling of construction waste.
