Case sets for recycling

On Pollutec Show, which will close tonight in Lyon, Case and Iveco share a stand where visitors could see a 721F loader in its waste handling configuration, combined with an Iveco truck, the Daily 70C14G GNC, equipped with a tipper to organic waste.

Specifically designed to withstand the harsh conditions of the waste and recycling industry, the Case 721F WH loader features HI-eSCR technology that works without an EGR or particle filter. Thanks to a maximum exhaust temperature of 200 ° below that of a diesel particulate filter system, the machine can evolve safely when operating close to flammable materials. This asset is particularly valuable when handling materials in wood recycling centers.

Many companies in the sector have already been seduced by Case wheel loaders including Veolia or the company Racine, a recycling platform based in the Lyon region. Specialist in the recycling of green space waste, they also operate now in wood energy with 20,000 t per year.

In Belgium, IMOG, in charge of waste management in 11 municipalities in the Belgian province of West Flanders, has enriched its fleet of five Case wheel loaders (three 821F and two 1021F), used at the two recycling plants of the company where they handle paper, PMD, wood, compost and plastic to feed the production lines.
