Paschal, TTR formwork system holds the water in Algeria

Chiali Services Spa had chosen the formwork systems from Paschal to construct a circular water tank with a capacity of 3,000 m³ of fresh water in the Algerian Province of Chlef.

The concrete tank with the TTR circular formwork makes not only a perfect circle but reinforces concrete base plate covering an area of 531m², and can rise up to 7.50 meter into the air and it is realised with a wall thickness of 40 cm with an interior diameter of 25 meters.

For the formwork materials, the company is using 310m² of the TTR circular formwork system from Paschal and extended with 204 m² of the Modular universal formwork system.

With this circular formwork system, the perfect curvatures with any radius can be formed precisely, simply and quickly, and anything from the smallest surface areas right up to large-scale applications of reinforced concrete structures can be realised. The elements heights start from 62.5 cm to 150 cm, and the element widths from 5 cm to 100 cm.
