Last Monday, Aloysio Nunes, the Minister of Brazil Foreign Relations and Horacio Cartes, the Paraguay president have signed a memorandum of understanding to build two international bridges.

A bridge is expected in the east, above the Parana River that runs through the two countries and another on the Paraguay River.
