Capital Pointe is a 27-storey condominium project, located at the corner of Victoria avenue and Albert street, downtown Regina (Canada). It is set to be the tallest residential tower in the province at its completion in 2018, as well as a luxury hallmark of the area.

The beginning of the works will once again be postponed. This time, it is the excavation of the remains of the previous building that are in cause. It took the workers 60 days to analyze and remove debris. An unplanned piping caused another 60 days of delays. On top of this, power supply of the site by SaskPower has been insufficient, which prevented smooth running of the crane.
