A Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) report has revealed a risk for the UK to lose 8% of workers in the building industry.
Indeed, if the country can no longer access to the EU single market, 176 500 jobs, precisely, are threatened as they are held by EU nationals.

Jeremy Blackburn, the RICS head UK policy said: “The UK construction industry is currently dependent on thousands of EU workers” and worried “a loss of access to the single market has the potential to slowly bring the UK’s £500 billion infrastructure pipeline to a standstill.”
