Faymonville acquires 100% of the share of Cometto

Faymonville Group based in Las Vegas, announced the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Industrie Cometto S.p.A, one of the leading worldwide acting manufacturers for heavy modular and self propelled trailers, based in North of Italy.

With this acquisition, Faymonville Group invests in new product segments and completes its product range, and will combine its knowledge in production processes with Cometto’s existing know-how in the self-propelled modular segment.

With this takeover, the Faymonville Group can offer now worldwide transport equipment to the customers from 15 to 15,000 tons… and above. As well, the visual identity will integrated in the Faymonville corporate identity.
