Atlas combines loader crane with vibrating Pile Driver

An Atlas loader crane is used at the anchorage of 12 m beams on the construction site of a 6-storey building in Hamburg, Germany. Thanks to its attachment vibrator Müller MS3, it performs well.

The loader crane Atlas AK300.2V is a crane able to move beams with a length of 12 m. Benefiting from a range of 20.5 m, it can lift a load of 4.5 t at a torque of 300 kNm. In Hamburg, it is mounted on an Actros chassis and has 4 stabilizers 4.95m wide at the front and 6m at the rear. This particular unit belongs to the machinery of the company Göllnitz Umwelttechnik.

The AK300.2V is involved in the construction of a 6-storey building and 12,000 sq meter by anchoring the beams in the ground using a Müller MS3 vibrator. Compact and lightweight equipment is controlled from the cab seat through the hydraulic system. It takes only one minute to pull out the beam and its vibrations are not transmitted to the crane.
