United Kingdom: Genie’s service takes a new dimension

Following the acquisition made by Terex AWP of Platform Service & Repair Limitied (PSR) , the formal provider of Genie’s products in United Kingdom, the organization of the whole network has been reviewed.

Genie UK and PSR Service Organization become one. This new entity will operate under both brands. The Genie UK team counting now 10 field technicians while the PSR team consists 20 people. The technicians will be located geographically to ensure the repair and service work for all brands of aerial work platform anywhere in the UK and Ireland.

The main task of the team should minimized downtime of the machine, and they should endeavored in a workshop, the only one “one-stop-shop” offering the maximizing machine uptime through maintenance, repair and refurbishment .
