Middle East: Paschal at Hilton

All the modular universal formwork system have been used for the new construction of the Double Tree & Garden Inn by Hilton in Middle-East, a hotel complex combining hotel rooms, apartments, business facilities, fitness studio.

The Double Tree & Garden Inn By Hilton is located on an area of 2500 m² and is in a precast concrete skeleton construction of 40 000 m². The hotel can accommodate 260 rooms and 110 serviced apartments and business facilities such as multi-purpose rooms, conference rooms and four meeting rooms. A business center, a swimming pool and a fitness studio, as well as restaurants, complete the hotel services. The construction work is scheduled for completion by 2018.

For all the vertical and stiffening reinforced concrete structures, MOBCO Civil Construction has elected to use on 1 000 sq meters, its newly purchased Modular formwork system of Paschal in accordance with the formwork plan. Very popular in the Middle East, the modular assembly system ensures balanced and sorting of elements for systematic framework and the sturdy flat steel frame guarantees the durability with low element weight.

Throughout the construction phase, the PPL 10.0 formwork software supports the construction workflow of the entire concrete formwork and even manage materials with the “Warehouse” module.
